Hi, I'm Henry!

I'd like to recommend something to men. Since everyone writes about the beauty of lady's hair, the guys have no other option than go bald!

The truth is, mind you not many women are aware of this, we are scared of going bald sooner or later. And I am no exception!

I started losing my hair when I just turned 25. By 30, I already had a huge bald spot. First I switched to different hair products, then I changed my haircut, then I gave up. Nothing helped me! To be honest, I was about to shave my head. But my wife said we will fight the problem.

Our battle for my hair

First, my wife insisted, convinced and went with me to see a specialist to talk about my hair and scalp. We spent quite a bit of money for tests and it took several weeks of our time. But in the end, the specialist who had years of experience simply shrugged and said the problem was due to my family history and there is nothing to do about it ... But my wife said she won't give up. And here's what she came up with:

Coconut Milk:
What You Need

1 cup coconut milk

What You Need To Do
Apply coconut milk to your scalp using a hair dye brush.

Amla (Indian Gooseberry)
What You Need
4-5 Indian gooseberries
1 cup virgin coconut oil

Indian gooseberries
lime juice

Indian gooseberry oil
coconut oil

What You Need To Do
Method 1: Boil the dried Indian gooseberries in coconut oil till the oil turns black.
Wait for it to cool, and then massage your scalp with this oil.
Leave it on for about 20 minutes, and then shampoo as usual.

Method 2: Crush the amla fruit to extract its juice. Mix 2 teaspoons of this juice or amla powder with an equal quantity of freshly squeezed lime juice. Apply this on your scalp and allow it to dry. Rinse off with warm water.

Method 3: Mix coconut oil and Indian gooseberry oil in equal parts. Add a few drops of lemon juice. Once a week, apply this mixture thoroughly on the scalp. Rinse off with water to fight hair loss.

When You Need To Do This
You can follow this twice a week.

Why This Works
Amla is rich in vitamin C, a nutrient essential for the growth and strengthening of hair (6). Vitamin C also helps build collagen that is vital for hair growth. Apart from this, vitamin C also helps absorb iron, thereby keeping your locks strong and healthy. Amla also helps prevent premature graying of hair

Consuming it on a regular basis can be quite helpful in strengthening your hair follicles. It can also be applied topically in the form of juice or amla powder available at herbal stores.

Methi (Fenugreek)
What You Need
2 tbsp of fenugreek seeds
4 tbsp of yogurt

What You Need To Do
Method 1

Soak two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds in water overnight.
Make it into a paste in the morning.
Blend this mixture with a little water to add some consistency.
Add four tablespoons of curd one egg white.
Apply this on your hair and scalp.
Leave in for half an hour.
Wash off thoroughly with water.

Method 2

Soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight.
The next morning, grind the seeds and make a paste. Ensure the paste is thoroughly ground and spreadable.
Apply this paste to your hair, from the root to tip, and cover with a shower cap.
Leave it on for about 40 minutes, and then rinse using cold water.
Method 3

Fry fenugreek seeds in coconut oil.
Cooling and strain the preparation.
Apply the mixture in small amounts on the scalp by rubbing gently at the roots of your hair.

Licorice Root
