This useful herb is great for those who suffer from nighttime indigestion – a common cause of snoring.  Sprinkling some sage on your food is one way to benefit from the healing properties of sage; but simply being able to smell it while you sleep may help you stop snoring and finally get a peaceful night’s rest.

Sage can be easily and safely burned before you go to bed to create a sleep-inducing atmosphere that promotes healthy rest.  On top of that it smells heavenly and it can even help to reduce stress as well.
