1-2 tablespoons organic honey

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 teaspoon milk cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  1. Mix all the ingredients and apply on the face.
  2. Leave it for 15 minutes and rinse with cold water.

Apply this face pack once in every three days.

Why This Works

3. Carrot And Potato Pack

You Will Need

  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 small potato
  • A pinch of turmeric
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • Water

What You Have To Do

  1. Boil the carrot and potato, and chop them into small pieces. Mash them to form a smooth paste.
  2. To this, add a pinch of turmeric and baking soda. Mix well with some water to obtain a smooth paste.
  3. Apply all over the face and keep for 20 minutes.
  4. Rinse with warm water.

How Often You Should Do This

Repeat this pack application twice a week.

Carrots are a rich source of vitamin A, which helps in boosting the collagen production in the skin. Collagen makes the skin tight and prevents wrinkles, thus giving a very youthful glow to your face (3). 4. Yogurt Pack

You Will Need

  • 2 teaspoons yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 vitamin E capsule
  • A pinch of turmeric

What You Have To Do

  1. Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and turmeric together.
  2. Carefully cut the vitamin E capsule from its tip and gently pour the oil present inside into the pack. Mix well.
  3. Apply this all over the face.
  4. Leave it for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with warm water.

Do this 2-3 times a week.

Yogurt is rich in wrinkle-preventing nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and fats which keep the skin fresh and hydrated. The lactic acid found in yogurt shrinks pores and tightens the skin (5, 6).

5. Rose Water Pack

  • 2 teaspoons rose water
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Few drops of glycerine
  • Cotton ball

What You Have To Do

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Dip the cotton ball in this and apply it all over the face.

How Often You Should Do This

This is best done every other night, before going to bed.

  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk
  • Cotton ball

7. Banana Pack

  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon rose water
  • 1 teaspoon honey

  1. Chop and mash the banana. Add the honey and rose water to it, and mix well.
  2. Lastly, add the yogurt and mix until you get a smooth, homogenous paste.

An avocado

You can also massage your skin with slices of chilled avocado kept in the freezer.

  • 8-10 almonds
  • Milk

  3. Leave it on for 20 minutes before rinsing the pack off.
