In this article, I will tell you about the methods that helped me to reduce weight.

 

1. GRAPEFRUIT ESSENTIAL OIL

  • Add 1-2 drops of therapeutic-grade grapefruit essential oil in water (one glassful) and drink it as soon as you wake up in the morning. This routine can help to improve metabolism, increase fat loss, detoxify the body by flushing out toxins, and help to maintain your weight.

Drinking grapefruit oil after a meal can help you digest food better and alleviate bloating.

2. CINNAMON ESSENTIAL OIL

 

  • Add 1-2 drops of cinnamon oil in a tea cup of warm water with a touch of honey. Doing this everyday can help reduce cravings. Before meals or when you get a late night food craving.

You can also add cinnamon oil to your baking, oats or smoothies.

3. GINGER ESSENTIAL OIL

  • You can add 1-2 drops of ginger oil to a glass of warm water with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and some raw honey. 

4. PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL

  • 1-2 drops of peppermint essential oil can be added to a glass of water and had before meals to serve as an appetite suppressant. 

5. LEMON ESSENTIAL OIL

  • Mix 1-2 drops of lemon essential oil to a glass of water and have it in the morning.
  • Blend lemon oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or moringa oil and massage into the areas that have cellulite build-up.

6. FENNEL ESSENTIAL OIL

  • Add 1-2 drops of fennel oil in a glass of water and drink it. This will also can help to aid digestion.

7. ORANGE ESSENTIAL OIL

  • Add 1-2 drops of orange oil to a glass of water and drink it before you sit down for a meal. 

8. CHIA CEED

  • By adding a serving of chia seeds a day, you can help boost your metabolism and make the abdomen flat.
