Vanilla Matcha Protein Smoothie

Matcha powder is more concentrated than regular green tea, so it packs ten times more antioxidants. In this delicious smoothie, it takes well to the creamy sweetness of banana, vanilla and almond milk.

Spiced infusion

This green tea infusion has lots of wonderful health benefits. Green tea, pepper, and cinnamon speed up your metabolism, and honey detoxifies your body.

How to make it:

Prepare a cup of green tea.
Add some honey.
Add a pinch of cayenne pepper (less than the honey).
Add a tablespoon of ground cinnamon.
Lemon Water

Lemon water may be incredibly simple, all you do is mix the juice of a lemon into a glass of water, but it offers a ton of benefits, including the ability to raise the metabolism and burn fat. Whip up some in a large water bottle and sip on it throughout the day for the best effects. Not only will you stay hydrated, which keeps the metabolism burning at its max, but as lemons contain flavonoids with potent antioxidant properties, it will help protect your cells from damage.

Lemon water also helps to aid digestion, helping the body to better absorb nutrients from other foods and it aids in regulating insulin spikes too.

Another very simple recipe.

Pour a few drops of juice into a glass of water and drink this natural cocktail twice a day. These drinks will help increase your metabolism, and also replacing them with sweet soda, tea or coffee, caloric intake and weight will decrease.
