This is probably the most well-known of all the drinks I will be mentioning out here. A dash of lemon with a spoon of honey, this classic drink has our heart. It boosts metabolism like no one’s business and helps to shed those extra kilos within some months. The taste also makes it our one of all time favourites. We simply love this one!
- Ginger, Lemon and Cumin:
This is my personal favourite as I love all the aspects of this drink – efficiency, taste and ingredients. Just boil water and add 1-2 inches of ginger, a pinch of cumin and boil at a low flame. After the water is ready add a spoon of lemon juice to make it yumm and double the benefits. Both lemon and cumin are excellent fat cutters while ginger helps to maintain skin, hair and aids in rapid weight loss. Total love <3

Pineapple is a storehouse of Vitamins and minerals that boosts up metabolism and makes your body healthy and fit. It also increases the weight loss rate and even helps to lose static weight. Have a glass of pineapple juice everyday to speed up the rate of weight loss and make your skin and hair glow with its goodness.

Green Tea is not an uncommon name in our daily lifestyle. We consume it almost everyday to see miraculous weight loss but in reality, that’s not the way green tea works. Green Tea has anti-oxidants in it that helps to make your system healthy which supports healthy weight loss. Add a dash of lemon to multiply the benefits.
