Brown sugar scrub
The small, soft brown sugar granules work as a great scrub for the feet. It can asily purify the dead skin cells so that the skin of the feet remains healthy and smooth.
In addition, brown sugar contains glycolic acid that can fight off bacterial infections.
- Mix 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon olive oil and ½ teaspoon lemon juice until thickened.

Wash your feet regularly

Make it a habit to wash your feet twice a day, at the beginning and at the end of the day. Use mild soap or antiseptic soap and warm water to get rid of the sweat, dirt and bacteria that may be present on your feet.

Honey and Milk Foot Cream

- Tibia 1 cup honey in a skillet and add 2 tablespoons warm whole milk.
- Stir and add the orange juice in it.
- Mix well and pour into an airtight container and allow to cool.
- Clean your feet with warm water and mild soap. Use a pumice store to remove dry skin.
- Apply this cream to your feet at your feet, covering all the dry parts.
- Leave on for 45 minutes and then wash with warm water.
